Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted within 28 days from the date of purchase. If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Inspection and Approval of Returns
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
- We will notify you via email or phone regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 28 days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to initiate the process. We will assist you in placing a new order for the desired item and guide you on returning the original item, if necessary.
